Details: 1/5th share available in a very nice Bavaria 38. This bavaria has been very well maintained from new. New 2000 It has in mast furling main sail - two winches In mast furling genoa - 2 winches. Rocna anchor on the end of 60m of galvanized chain. All lines lead back to the spacious cockpit. Making it easy to sail. All lines and running rigging are fresh and clean. Standing rigging was replace circa 5 years ago and is all in excellent condition. Guardrail and stanchions are all in good order with no rust or sagging. The windlass is perfectly serviceable with no issues. Bimini and sprayhood are both in excellent order as are all of the windows onboard. 2.5hp Outboard with 3m hard bottomed tender also in great condition. Decks are clean and having no teak covering there is less to worry about. Inside their are 3 cabins, and 1 heads. All cabins have cupboards and USB points. There is LED lighting throughout. 7 The usual electronic equipment is fitted and all in working order. The galley is an L shaped affair with plenty of sink room and gimballed cooker. There is one heads with macerating toilet and hot water shower - powered by heater or engine. Cable for shore power is onboard. Plenty of safety equipment also onboard and all within date. Main engine is MD2030 Volvo which has no leaks and a good service history. This is a new syndicate, buyers are advised to view the yacht prior to making an offer, but i really don't think it is needed.
