At allspars we are sailors. Our extensive experience in sailing vessels of all shapes and sizes, combined with our technical and engineering knowledge has given us the reputation of excellence in the industry. Our ethos is that we take care, pay attention to detail and we have a total commitment to supplying the highest quality of service. Formed almost 15 years ago, allspars has expanded so that the business now includes 3 arms. The core of the business is our Yacht rigging and spar arm, which supplies yachts and dinghies with masts & rigging to suit the cruiser and the racer. We also import, distribute and provide support to the UK for a number of technical marine products. Our architectural arm uses our marine expertise to provide service and technical advice to the construction industry.

allspars: Yacht riggers

We supply sailors in Plymouth, the south west and further afield with a trustworthy and reliable rigging service; using our technical understanding as well as our engineering knowledge to supply the best systems to suit both your boat and your budget. As distributors & agents for well respected brands such as Selden, Marlow ropes, Sailtec and Spinlock amongst many others, we are able to select the best product to suit you. Whether your boat is a dinghy or a maxi yacht, be it for cruising or racing, we can help you get the best out of her. In-house we can produce Wire, Rod, 'Dyform' and rope rigging, as well as building masts and spars which we can customize to your boat. In addition to supplying off the shelf parts and spars, we have an in-house machine shop giving us the capability to produce bespoke parts and systems. Examples of our custom spar and rigging work can be seen on boats as diverse as: Scorpion dinghies, Grand Prix 12 Metres, Classic Metre yachts, 40ft catamarans and round the world cruisers.

Our reputation as a trusted supplier of technical products has led us to branch out into the UK distribution of several marine brands. All the brands we distribute have been chosen as being amongst the strongest brands in their field, each known for their quality and design. We back these products up with excellent in house product support, with trained members of our team who are experts in their chosen brands. This means we are able to provide the same high level of support and service to our trade accounts and their customers as our own clients have come to expect from us.

allspars: Architectural rigging

Because of our in-depth knowledge of rigging, we are able to provide the construction industry with advice and custom design solutions. We work with jobs as simple as balustrade finishing, to jobs requiring 20,000 metres of wire. Since almost all our rigging is produced in house we can be a one stop shop minimizing the headache to you.
